Rainey, Vicki

Ms Rainey, AA, ITE spent much of her adulthood experiencing in an addiction that eventually left her penniless and homeless. At the age of forty six, she found herself at the door step of RI International (formerly Recovery Innovations) with a new job and a new outlook on life. After several advancements within the company, she took a position as a Recovery Education Specialist that she absolutely loved. Ms. Rainey states “This by far is the most rewarding job I have ever held and I look forward to each and every day.”

With additional experience, training and excellence in facilitation skills, Ms. Rainey has achieved the role of Master Facilitator with RI Consulting. Vicki has been working for RI International since 2007 and providing trainings since 2013. She received her Associates Degree in Chemical Dependency and, to her credit, several other recovery related certificates. 

Ms. Rainey was awarded “Person of the Year” from The Arizona Women’s Education and Employment Non-profit Organization. She has had the opportunity to share her story of recovery with AZ News Channel 3 and has had her story published in leading newspapers, locally, nationally, and internationally. Vicki facilitates Peer Employment Training, ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) as well as other recovery trainings promoting the values of seeking recovery and true meaning and purpose in life.
