Bob's passion is to utilize his trainings, education, and experience in the community as well as management to mentor clients and other employees. He has a love and nurturing persona to see this passed on and Implemented into his position with Alamance Academy as the Coordinator In the group on of adolescent boys, the peer support program and as a compliance officer.

Bob's experiences in life, maintaining his family, and facilitating meetings with In our county has allowed him TO be able to utilize his education and "real" life experiences, which In return has created award winning experiences for Bob across North Carolina. It is exuberating to see such acceleration in this father, employer, and as a leader. I am a peer support specialist as well as a computer Science Major earning and completing my credit hours with NC A and T.
