Charles L. Sapp, LCSW, LCAS, is a Project Manager for the North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist (NCCPSS) Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He leads the implementation and oversight of statewide peer support certification and continuing education, manages approved courses, trainer coordination, scheduling, logistics, quality assurance, and data-informed program evaluation. He also directs the development of specialized training initiatives and provides technical assistance on training to community organizations that offer certification training. Charles holds a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MA from Princeton Seminary.
