Erica Desiderio, MSW, MBA, has been working with the NCCPSS Program since 2016 and currently serves as Program Manager. She earned her Master of Social Work from Syracuse University and her MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. As Program Manager, Erica manages day-to-day program operations, including application processing, to maintain the program's integrity and consistency. She manages application and recertification processes, supports quality assurance efforts, and ensures applicants and stakeholders receive clear communication and support throughout the process. Before joining the program, she worked in direct practice with families in need of supportive services, including individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges, using strength-based and community-centered approaches.
