We are currently seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) who is passionate about service excellence, strong documentation practices, and collaborative care.
Position Overview
The Qualified Professional will provide oversight, guidance, and support to Peer Support Specialists and Members receiving services. This role requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a commitment to timely, strengths‑based documentation. The QP ensures that services meet state standards, agency expectations, and best practices in recovery‑oriented care.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical oversight and support to Peer Support Specialists.
• Conduct Member assessments, service planning, and ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure services align with person‑centered goals and Medicaid/CARF standards.
• Maintain timely and accurate Progress Notes, with a firm commitment to posting all documentation within 48 hours of each Member interaction.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address Member needs, barriers, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with Members, families, and community partners.
• Uphold agency values of empathy, professionalism, and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required).
• Experience working in behavioral health, peer support, or human services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
