Certified Peer Support Specialists

Alamance United Mental Health Services is seeking Certified Peer Support Specialist in the following areas: 

• Alamance County:  Burlington, Graham, Greensboro, Hillsborough, & Mebane (2 positions)

Preferred candidates must have:

• NC Peer Support Specialist certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Current Automobile Insurance
• Availability for 25 or more hours weekly
• Excellent communication and documentation skills (use of electronic records)
• Superior ethical and value-based beliefs.
• Alamance United offers:

• Age 21 or older
• Prefer six months experience as a Mental Health Technician, or experience working in the human service field
• Compensation of $18-$22 per hour.
