Simulation-based learning allows students to practice real-world social work skills in a safe, structured environment. North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialists serve as role players in realistic scenarios such as client meetings, supervision sessions, community advocacy, leadership decision-making, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Training will be provided. Opportunities are intermittent and NC Certified Peer Support Specialists receive $30 per hour. Actors need to be available to travel to UNC Pembroke.
