The Wake County NC-H.O.P.E. Peer Support Apprenticeship Program is a paid workforce development opportunity designed to help CPSS strengthen their skills, gain real-world experience, and build a strong foundation for long-term success in the peer support field. The program was developed to support the growth, retention, and professional development of North Carolina's peer support workforce.
What Apprentice Receive:
- Paid apprenticeship experience
