The Wake County NC-H.O.P.E. Peer Support Apprenticeship Program is a paid workforce development opportunity designed to help CPSS strengthen their skills, gain real-world experience, and build a strong foundation for long-term success in the peer support field. The program was developed to support the growth, retention, and professional development of North Carolina's peer support workforce.

What Apprentice Receive:

• Paid apprenticeship experience
• Professional development and career coaching
• Individual and group mentorship
• Exposure to multiple recovery and behavioral health settings
• Additional training and skill development
• Guidance from experienced peer support and behavioral health professionals

• Individuals living in Wake county
• Newly Certified Peer Support Specialists
