WHAT YOU'LL DO:
✅ Support individuals navigating mental health and substance use recovery.
✅ Help individuals develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals.
✅ Connect individuals with housing, employment, education, and community resources.
✅ Provide encouragement, advocacy, and person-centered support.
✅ Help people build confidence, stability, and independence.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
⭐ NC Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS)
⭐ Strong communication and documentation skills
⭐ Dependable transportation and willingness to work throughout Greater Asheville
⭐ A genuine passion for helping others
⭐ Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
