SHYAS CARES is looking to hire 5 Full-time male residential counselors to staff our new residential substance use recovery facility in Salisbury NC.
To join our strong team of substance use professionals we ask that you apply and attend an interview with our RRS Program Manager at 714 South Main Street Salisbury NC 28144. Our ideal candidate is a recovery oriented, 12 step believer, and hard-working person who self-identifies as being in recovery.
Provides support to individuals with Mental Health (MH) or Substance Abuse Issues at home and in community settings to include Duplin, Sampson, Onslow, Wayne and Pender counties. Additional responsibilities are administrative tasks to include client intake, scheduling appts and linking to community resources. These interventions are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning in the community. Provides supervision to CPSS staff.
