Peer Support Program Director

We are looking for a dynamic Peer Support Program Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate will oversee program operations, ensure quality service delivery, and drive strategic initiatives in the field of behavioral health and addiction counseling and oversee our Peer Support Services Department.

Respite PRN (as needed) CPSS

Sunrise Community for Recovery and Wellness is hiring an "as-needed" position for their Blair H. Clark Respite House program.  This position will fill in for staff "as-needed" to support the Respite House and guests which includes creating a safe supportive space for the Respite participants. The Respite House is an innovative program where guests can stay for up to seven nights for free in a residential house complete with the amenities of home.

Certified Peer Support Specialist

Part time (may well become full time if you want) Certified Peer Support Specialist to work in the home and community with adults struggling with mental health and substance use diagnoses.  Our agency is a medium sized community mental health agency with 5 offices in the eastern part of NC.  Hourly rate ranges from $17-$20 depending on experience and education.  Flexible schedule, ability to be creative in your work, able to spend from 5 to 15 hours per week with each individual.  Benefits for those working over 30 hours weekly.  Please submit resume to

Certified Peer Support Specialist

Position Summary:  The Community Support Team Peer Support Specialist must have at least one year of experience with adult mental health consumers. A Peer Support Specialist must be in recovery and have completed the certification. These professionals are responsible for assisting the Team Leader with the coordination of services across all levels of care, participating in the treatment team process, and psycho education and skill development.
