You can now pay your application processing fees online. This includes 1st time certification applications and re-certifications (occurring every 2 years from your initial certification date). You will need:
An account for this site if you do not already have one. You can create one here (an administrator will approve your account):
You must be logged into the site to view the order form below and complete the checkout process.
You will need a valid credit card and know the billing address for that card (Visa or MasterCard).
- Complete the form below and then proceed through all the checkout steps. You must complete the checkout and payment page for your order to be processed.
You will receive an email receipt upon completing the checkout steps. Please check your inbox, junk/spam folders. Physical items (such as certificates) will be processed within 1 week and sent to the shipping address you indicate in your order.
