Effective April 1, the NCCPSS Program will transition to an ONLINE-ONLY APPLICATION PROCESS. Certification, recertification, and scholarship applications must be submitted using the ONLINE portal. Mailed (paper) applications postmarked after March 31 will not be processed. We encourage all applicants to create an account first and access the online application now to help avoid application processing delays.
