This position is an opportunity for an individual with Mental Health, Peer Support and team management experience to grow and further develop a proven program. The successful candidate will lead programs, collaborate with the CEO and Agency Director and manage a high-performing team.

This is a multifaceted position. The peer support supervisor is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the peer support and OPT programs. There is a heavy emphasis on clinical care for the clients we serve and establishing standards of performance across all aspects of the program.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure peer support and OPT programs are performing optimally
  • Ensure the agency is providing quality client care
  • Coordinate QPs and other team members
  • Other program related duties

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience providing therapeutic services.
  • Peer support Certification 
  • Proficient in using technology as a reporting tool.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for VOICE’s mission
