This position is an opportunity for an individual with Mental Health, Peer Support and team management experience to grow and further develop a proven program. The successful candidate will lead programs, collaborate with the CEO and Agency Director and manage a high-performing team.
This is a multifaceted position. The peer support supervisor is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the peer support and OPT programs. There is a heavy emphasis on clinical care for the clients we serve and establishing standards of performance across all aspects of the program.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure peer support and OPT programs are performing optimally
- Ensure the agency is providing quality client care
- Coordinate QPs and other team members
- Other program related duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience providing therapeutic services.
- Peer support Certification
- Proficient in using technology as a reporting tool.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to and passion for VOICE’s mission
