To apply, complete the OnTrack Wellness and Recovery Center Application and the Mandatory Personal Reference Letter, available at ontrackwellnessnc.org, and email both to adhccare@gmail.com. Scholarships may be available through the Division of Employment and Independence for People with Disabilities (formerly Vocational Rehabilitation) and NCWorks, based on disability and income verification. Accommodations will be provided upon request, as indicated in your application. Please note that classes require a minimum of five participants and may be canceled if enrollment is insufficient.
