Position Overview:
We are seeking a Peer Support Program Director to lead and oversee our Peer Support Services program. This role ensures high-quality, recovery-oriented services, supervises peer staff, and ensures compliance with state and Medicaid requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Peer Support Specialists.
- Develop and maintain program policies and procedures.
- Monitor service delivery, documentation, and compliance.
- Coordinate care with other programs and community partners.
- Provide ongoing staff training, supervision, and performance evaluation.
- Collect and report program data for quality improvement and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2+ years of experience providing or supervising peer support or behavioral health services.
- NC Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) preferred.
- Knowledge of recovery-oriented services, community resources, and Medicaid requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
- Office and community-based settings.
- FULL-TIME (office-based work)
- Local travel may be required.
Compensation:
Salary commensurate with education and experience.
