Healthy Care Technician II Peer Support Specialist

This position is responsible for facilitating groups, such as peer  and formal (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) classes within the treatment mall program. It also provides 1:1 peer support intervention for individual patients as requested by the treatment team. The individual in this position serves as members of the   hospitals, Hope and Wellness Center Design team and a variety of other  committees, and work groups needed  as well as participation in  Treatment Team meetings .
