The Peer Support Specialist primary responsibilities are to direct, coordinate, and manage the activities of a comprehensive mental health program and to ensure the program operates in full compliance with relevant laws, ensure accuracy of data; compliance with regulation; and identify operational efficiencies. The Peer Support Specialist will provide service activities to include the following interventions:

• Education and training of clients and others who have a legitimate role in addressing the needs identified in the Person-Centered Plan

CPSS to serve as a Care Management Extender.  Care Management is a service that coordinates both the physical and mental health/substance use care of individuals with Medicaid.  This position may be part time or full time depending on the applicants needs and the needs of the agency.  Salary is $18+ per hour.  The Extender will work hand in hand with the Care Manager to support individuals in the following ways:
