Peer Support Specialist

Position Summary

The Peer Support Specialist uses their own lived experience with recovery from substance use, mental health challenges, or both to support, mentor, and empower individuals on their recovery journey. This role promotes hope, encourages self-advocacy, and helps clients build the skills and support networks needed for long-term recovery. Peer Support Specialists work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered services.

Position: Certified Peer Support Specialists

King Prestige Services is a CARF-accredited agency. At King Prestige Services, LLC, you will utilize your personal lived recovery experience to assist and support Members on an individual basis. Your role will involve advocacy for your client, direct peer support, and close collaboration with the clinical team to enhance client outcomes. This is a field position covering all areas of Eastern and Western North Carolina. We are specifically seeking Full-time or Part-time Certified Peer Support Specialists in Forsyth County.

Certified Peer Support Specialist (Bilingual PSS Bonus Available!) — STATEWIDE (100 NC Counties) Starting Pay: $20 – $25 per hour, up to $30*
