ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Certified Peer Support Specialists also provide essential expertise and consultation to the entire team to promote a culture in which each individual’s point of view and preferences are recognized, understood, respected and integrated into treatment, rehabilitation, and community self-help activities.
Central Community Services is recruiting for the new position of CPSS-Jail Diversion for Granville County. This post provides support, outreach, skilled interventions, care coordination and re-entry services for persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorders with non-violent charges or at risk for incarceration. Services are provided within the community, private homes, jail, and court.
