Peer Support Program Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic Peer Support Program Director to lead our team. The ideal candidate will oversee program operations, ensure quality service delivery, and drive strategic initiatives in the field of behavioral health and addiction counseling and oversee our Peer Support Services Department.  The ideal candidate will be REQUIRED to be in the office.

Daily Companion

Provide companionship to 79 year old woman 3x a week, 3-4 hours a day. 

Provide transportation as needed for shopping, doctor appointments.

Make sure meds are taken properly and prescriptions are in order.

Go for walks, museums - day outings.

Must have experience working with older adults.

Prefer you have COAPS, but if you have the experience......

You must have up to date NCPSS certifications, CPR.

Location is Holly Springs

Looking for 2 support women to rotate.

Would like to have positions filled by December 19, 2025.

Peer Support Specialist

Position Summary

The Peer Support Specialist uses their own lived experience with recovery from substance use, mental health challenges, or both to support, mentor, and empower individuals on their recovery journey. This role promotes hope, encourages self-advocacy, and helps clients build the skills and support networks needed for long-term recovery. Peer Support Specialists work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered services.
