Goodine, Pamela

Pamela Goodine is a CPSS, Peer Mentor, Level II WRAP Facilitator and NC PSS Trainer at Top Priority Care Services of Winston Salem N.C. She has 5 years of work experience on the Assertive Community Treatment Team. She assists peers with identifying factors that promote wellness and recovery by introducing them to the Five Key Concepts of Recovery and the Wellness Recovery Action Plan developed by Mary Ellen Copeland. 

Her journey of recovery with co-occurring disorders took place on April 7, 2008   after she surrendered her life to God, a transformation took place and the recovery process began. She was awarded her certificate to become a Peer Support Specialist March 24, 2010 and uses her experiences as evidence that recovery is possible for everyone.

Pamela is a member of North Carolina Consumer Advocacy, Networking and Support Organization (NC CANSO) Forsyth Peer Support Specialist and Development Group and the International Association of Peer Supporters (Inaps).
