Posting Salary Range: $37,875 - $47,614

Office Location: Remote within NC within Trillium’s southern region which includes the following counties: Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Hoke, Lee, Moore, New Hanover, Robeson, and Scotland.

Peer Support Specialist

Position Summary

The Peer Support Specialist uses their own lived experience with recovery from substance use, mental health challenges, or both to support, mentor, and empower individuals on their recovery journey. This role promotes hope, encourages self-advocacy, and helps clients build the skills and support networks needed for long-term recovery. Peer Support Specialists work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered services.
