About your Role: 

ACTT PSS

Helping You Heal is seeking a full time peer support specialist to serve as a team member for a small caseload. The PSS will be a contributing member of the team in meetings and support for other staff. The PSS will coordinate care for clients and support their goals. The PSS will also have to perform affiliated paperwork in a timely manner. The PSS will be expected to be on call in a rotation and also perform 75% of visits in the home or community of the clients.
