Overview

We are seeking Certified Peer Support Specialists to provide peer support services as part of a multi-disciplinary team for individuals experiencing mental illness and/or substance use challenges. This role focuses on enhancing clients' recovery journey through individualized support and community engagement.

Position Summary:

Position Summary

The Peer Support Specialist uses their own lived experience with recovery from substance use, mental health challenges, or both to support, mentor, and empower individuals on their recovery journey. This role promotes hope, encourages self-advocacy, and helps clients build the skills and support networks needed for long-term recovery. Peer Support Specialists work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver trauma-informed, person-centered services.
