Diana Marsh has been in recovery for 12 years for Mental Health and Substance Abuse issues. She has been working as a Peer Support Specialist since 2005. Diana has worked as a Recovery Educator, WRAP facilitator and peer support specialist for Mental Health Association of Greensboro, Recovery Innovations of N.C., Insight Human Services and RHA Behavioral Health in Highpoint N.C.

Mrs. Marsh has also facilitated support groups for DBSA and NAMI NC. She has been a conference presenter and speaker for NAMIN.C., NC APSE, Recovery Innovations and Lemonade Forum for Domestic Violence Prevention. On several occasions Mrs. Marsh has assisted also with Peer Specialist training to either share her story or assist with teaching the Substance Abuse portion of the training. Mrs. Marsh is also a CSAC intern and a Social Work student earning her BSW at Winston Salem State University. She obtained her AAS in Human services at Guilford Technical Community College.

She is currently employed at RHA Behavioral Health working as a WRAP facilitator and Peer Support Specialist. She provides peer support and facilitates peer groups including the "Express 'Yo'Self Creative Group" a group she started to give the people she selves a chance and an outlet to express their creative selves through their artwork, music and writing so far the group has created a newsletter, performed poetry and showed visual art at RHA's annual Health Fair and held their own Creative Arts Fair. Diana Marsh also did the graphic design work and is a contributing author for "Helping Others Heal" a Peer Support Training manual written by Mike Weaver.
