Part time (may well become full time if you want) Certified Peer Support Specialist to work in the home and community with adults struggling with mental health and substance use diagnoses. Our agency is a medium sized community mental health agency with 5 offices in the eastern part of NC. Hourly rate ranges from $17-$20 depending on experience and education. The Forsyth County Department of Emergency Services is seeking to hire a Peer Support Specialist. In the role of a peer support professional with the mobile integrated healthcare division of Forsyth County Emergency medical services you will get the opportunity to connect with clients who are experiencing crisis that involve both behavioral health and substance abuse issues.
