Through the wisdom of lived recovery experience, PRN ignites social change, inspires hope, and serves as a catalyst for personal greatness. It is our goal for every person to find the hope, inspiration, and support to move through challenges, discover strengths, live their dreams, and find meaningful purpose in their lives.

Peer Support Specialist employed by Peter -Elst LLC DBA Divine Support Edge Healthcare Services shall facilitate /provide one on one peer support to individual served to encourage/inspire recovery focused goals. Peer Specialist shall clients in developing their recovery short and long range goals and action plans. Peer Specialist shall drive their support through appropriate Advocacy and Resource Navigation to link individual served to community resources for enhanced wellness.

Your role will involve advocacy for your client, direct peer support, and working closely with the clinical team to enhance client outcomes. We service all areas of Eastern and Western North Carolina. We are specifically looking in Forsyth county for Full-time or Part-time Certified Peer Support Specialists.

The Peer Support Specialist provide individualized, recovery-focused support to persons that promotes the development of wellness self-management, personal recovery, natural supports, coping and self-advocacy skills, and the development of independent living skills for housing, employment and full community inclusion. This role is to be performed IN-PERSON.

Others have experienced homelessness, incarceration, or gang involvement. We are united by our resilience and the knowledge we have gained by overcoming experiences others thought were insurmountable. They weren’t and we thrived.
