This position will fill in for staff "as-needed" to support the Respite House and guests which includes creating a safe supportive space for the Respite participants. The goal of the MAT booking peer is to work collaboratively with Buncombe County Sheriff's Detention Center to provide supportive services to those coming through Buncombe County Detention Center. This individual will engage with participants in the booking process at the Buncombe County Detention Facility by supporting their wellness and health needs through provision of system navigation and engagement support.
