This is a community-based service and community-based employment.
Position Title: Reintegration Support Network LEAD MENTOR
Salary: $19.00/hour, 15-20 Hrs/week, Contract

The Human Services Practitioner position serves as an Employment Peer Mentor, working with the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment Team. IPS-Supported Employment is an evidence-based service model aimed at assisting individuals with SPMI/SMI to successfully gain and maintain competitive employment in market jobs.
