Employment Peer Mentor - UNC IPS Supported Employment Team

The Human Services Practitioner position serves as an Employment Peer Mentor, working with the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment Team. IPS-Supported Employment is an evidence-based service model aimed at assisting individuals with SPMI/SMI to successfully gain and maintain competitive employment in market jobs. The Employment Peer Mentor role works directly with individuals receiving IPS services, using both formal and informal methods of peer support including Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) and Vocational Illness Management and Recovery (IMR/WMR).
